1.1 The Consumer who has purchased products through the Website has the right to withdraw from the Contract concluded with the Seller without any penalty, without specifying the reason and except as indicated in points 1.3 and 1.4 below, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the Product , by sending a specific reporting to Technical Assistance by filling out the form within the area " After-Sales " on www.arredatutto.com .
The date shown on the delivery note is proof of receipt.

1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must:

II - fill in the withdrawal request form. Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the Seller will send an e-mail to the Consumer indicating the instructions for returning the goods and attaching the appropriate label to be affixed to the packaging : it is therefore recommended, after completing the withdrawal form, to check your e-mail box (possibly also the "spam" or "junk mail" folder). If you do not receive the reply e-mail containing the label to be affixed to the packaging, 24 hours after completing the "After-Sales Services" form, you will need to repeat the procedure or call +39 02-42292871

III - ship the purchased product, using a courier of your choice and at your own expense , within fifteen (15) days from the date of communication of the withdrawal, suitably protected and possibly packed in the original packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories. Pursuant to art. 57, paragraph II, Consumer Code, the Consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary based on the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

1.3 The exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions and, in particular, the Product must be returned:
a) without obvious signs of use that reduce their value and prevent their resale: therefore, used products will not be accepted, which show signs of use other than that required by the characteristics and nature of the same, damage or dirt;
b) properly packed in its original packaging , in perfect condition (not ruined, torn, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all its accessories, instructions for use, documentation and attachments. To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to place it in a second box and not to apply adhesive tapes that are not transparent to the original packaging
c) by placing the return label supplied by the Seller on the outside of the packaging, so as to allow the customer to be identified unambiguously (Order number, name, surname and address)

1.4 It is also specified that:

THE - the right of withdrawal is exercised with reference to the Product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the purchased Product (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc.)

II - the shipment of the Product to the Seller, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse of the same, is under the complete responsibility of the Consumer, who will be required to pay compensation for damages against the Seller in the event of an accident, without prejudice to the liability of the carrier . Therefore, in the event of damage or loss of the goods being returned during transport, the Seller will notify the Consumer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods), to allow the latter to promptly file a complaint against the carrier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured)

1.5 In accordance with the provisions of art. 57, paragraph I, Consumer Code, only after receiving the Product and after having positively verified compliance with the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal as well as the substantial integrity of the Product and the packaging as specified in point 1.3 and without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging (equal to 30% of the value of the product, since this will have to be resold as "refurbished"), the Seller will proceed, in the shortest time possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to the reimbursement of the sums paid by the Consumer (with the exception of the additional costs deriving from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type offered by Arredatutto) . The refund amount will be communicated via e-mail and credited to the same means or payment solution used for the purchase.

1.6 Pursuant to art. 59, I paragraph lett. c), d) and e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that the sale relates to packaged products customized or customized (clearly indicated in the cart and in the confirmation email with the wording "Customized"  ) or that by their nature they cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

1.7 In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal from purchases made with a loan, the relative loan procedure will be cancelled. Without prejudice to the provisions referred to above, the Customer must also communicate this wish to withdraw to AgosDucato.
